Magnus Conventus team members have extensive research project management experience and have conducted work for a variety of public and private sector clients, including the federal government, provincial ministries of education and training, sector councils, industry associations, post-secondary education institutions, community agencies, and for profit businesses. For two decades, team members of Magnus Conventus have conducted research focusing on education as well as workplace learning and skills development, especially in the areas of employability, literacy and leadership skills. Collectively, they have published over 30 reports and case studies on learning and development and organizational effectiveness.
Magnus Conventus team members are also experienced conference developers and managers who have successfully executed national and international events for business and government audiences.
